Lenana Fashion House, a fast-growing fashion boutique and e-commerce brand rooted on the South Side of Chicago, is seeking a Financial Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for a highly motivated, detail-oriented individual looking to apply their finance expertise in a dynamic retail and digital commerce environment.

🔍 About the Role

As a Financial Analyst at Lenana Fashion House, you will be a key contributor in building financial insights that drive strategic decisions across our boutique and online operations. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with company leadership and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting.

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Analyze monthly financial performance, including sales, margins, and cash flow, across physical and online sales channels (eBay, etc.).

• Prepare budgets and forecasts and track performance against targets.

• Monitor inventory turnover, vendor pricing, and promotional campaigns for financial efficiency.

• Partner with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, operations) to provide financial guidance and modeling.

• Generate financial reports, including profit & loss statements and variance analysis.

• Support compliance and tax documentation.

• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve profitability and resource allocation.

🎓 Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Finance (or related field) – recent graduates encouraged to apply.

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Experience with QuickBooks, Shopify analytics, or e-commerce data tools is a plus.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
